David is an optimist and entrepreneur who challenges the status quo whenever possible.

With a sales background covering a multitude of industry sectors, David joined the education recruitment sector in 2000.
‍

He has founded two highly successful and ‘best in class’ recruitment businesses – Academics Ltd and EduStaff – which have both ignored the lucrative day-to-day supply market in favour of creating recruitment products and services that focus on stabilising school staff teams.
‍

David is now spearheading the Captiva Learning as CEO, where he hopes to challenge wasted spending within the schools sector by developing affordable, high quality training and retention solutions.
